FluMist will be available again in the fall of 2012.

Flu shots for ages 6 months and up will be available again in the fall of 2012. Shots for children can usually be filed with insurance. Shots for adults are $30.

The CDC recommends all persons over the age of 6 months get an influenza vaccine annually. Children 8 years of age and younger who did not receive an influenza immunization last year will need 2 this year, a minimum of 4 weeks apart.
